My twin daughters who are 9 1/2 years old have been telling us (my wife and I) that they are in need of a cell phone for about the last 6 months. I of course have said NO, NO, NO!!!!!!! There is no need for a 9 1/2 year old to have a cell phone. Period end of story! Now, this morning I read in Engadget that there is this new Tic Talk phone about to hit the market. You need to check this out.... they seem to have thought of just about everything.
