While scanning the both the internet and the bookstores looking in magazines for great management or leareship articles I came across one in The March edition of Worthwhile magazine.  The title of this article is "Bosses on the hot seat"  written by Worhtwhile cofounding editer Kevin Slawen after interviewing Gallup's  Curt Coffman.
